Swap Meet Hamfests

The NJARC holds three swap meet hamfests a year. In the spring and fall, they are held indoors at the Parsippany PAL. In the summer, the swap meet is outdoors and held in "tailgate" fashion on the grounds of InfoAge, which is where our Radio Technology Museum is located. Our swap meets are registered as sactioned hamfests by the ARRL.

Our swap meet hamfests generally have a wide variety of electronics, from the battery radios of yore, to table sets and consoles, test equipment, phonographs, tape machines, antennas, and tons of parts, especially vacuum tubes.

Fees & Event Info

Our swap meet hamfests are open to the public from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Those vending can begin setup at 7:15 AM.

Admission for buyers is $8.00 donation at any of our swap meet hamfests.

Light Refreshments are usually available.

Vending at the Parsippany PAL

Cost for one eight foot table:

NJARC Members: $30.00

Non-Members: $35.00

Extra Tables: If reserved in advance, $25.00. If requested on the day of the event, $30.00

Vending at the Summer Tailgate at InfoAge

The cost to vend is a flat fee for as much space as you need.

You must bring your own tables!
